Chiba Kitchen & Bathroom Renovation

Chiba Kitchen & Bathroom Renovation is a recent project completed in the summer of 2024. The kitchen involved removing the old tile counter tops and replacing them with teak/acacia butcher block, installing a new sink and adding a tile backsplash, and updating light fixtures. In the bathroom, everything except the tub was replaced, including custom-made shelving, a new toilet, and vanity, and a tile face added to the tub alcove for added aesthetic. The window was closed in in the alcove for a more streamlined look and privacy, and a new window installed with updated casing & trim. The walls were covered in vertical shiplap, and the floors were done in 2" hex tile.
