Lee Rd. Basement Renovation

Welcome to the Lee Rd. Basement Renovation project, completed by Great Raven in the spring and summer of 2023. This project showcases a beautifully framed bedroom with a pony wall dividing the closet from the bed space, featuring a fir shiplap wall to hide the fireplace base. Custom-made cedar doors were crafted for clean-outs, electrical panel, and crawl space entrance, along with custom cedar trim for the feature wall and cap for the pony wall. We also had the pleasure of adding custom-milled cedar transitions between 2 rooms upstairs, a tile backsplash for the kitchen, some minor work in the basement bathroom, and a fresh coat of paint for the entire basement. To finish off we installed a tongue and groove soffit for the covered space beneath the main floor deck.
