Roofing
Island properties take a beating. We handle new roofs on builds and additions, full reroofs, targeted repairs, siding replacement, soffit and fascia, and all exterior envelope work — scoped correctly, sequenced properly, and built to handle the Pacific Northwest climate.

Kitchen Renovations
Full kitchen rebuilds — cabinetry, countertops, plumbing rough-in, tile, flooring, fixtures, and finish carpentry. We coordinate the full scope so you don't have to manage multiple trades.

Bathroom Renovations
Tile work, walk-in showers, freestanding tubs, vanities, heated floors, and full gut renovations — built to code and finished properly.
Decks & Outdoor
Custom decks, balconies, patios, fences, gates, and railings. Island exposure requires proper material selection — we spec accordingly and build to last the seasons.
Siding & Cladding
Siding replacement, soffit, fascia, and full exterior envelope work. We install Hardie board, EDCO steel siding, and wood siding — correctly sequenced with WRB, flashings, and trim at every transition.
Carpentry
GRR's carpentry scope runs from structural framing and rough-in through to finish trim and custom work. Rough-in sequencing is confirmed before adjacent trades proceed. Finish work — trim, stairs, wainscoting, built-ins — is held to a tight-fit standard. We also take on custom carpentry projects: custom doors, gable access hatches, cedar shake inlays, and similar detail work that doesn't fit neatly into a trade category.

Flooring
Hardwood and LVP/LVT installation. The subfloor is assessed and prepared before any flooring goes down — levelness, moisture, fastener condition. We do not install sheet vinyl.
Concrete Work
Forming, pouring, and finishing — foundations, slabs, steps, and structural concrete. Done correctly from the ground up.
